Spanjaard Tapping Spray is an extreme pressure metal working fluid, used undiluted in a variety of machining operations on any metal and most plastics. It is used to cut threads on piping and tubing.

Application

It was developed for extremely difficult machining, reaming, tapping, drilling, broaching and thread cutting operations. It will give outstanding performance when machining materials like armour plate, special stainless steels, normal steels and yellow metals. Prolongs tool and die life by reducing friction at low speeds and preventing welding at high speeds. Feel the difference on small tap threads:- M4-M6.
